1. Availability requests and reservations have to be made via e-mail or phone. Upon receiving the request, we will reply within 48 hours with a confirmation email which will report availability, the total amount and the deposit amount. the deposit amount must be paid by bank transfer to confirm the booking.
2. The reservation will be confirmed to the customer via e-mail once received the deposit. In order to speed up the booking confirmation the customer must send within 48 hours a copy of the bank transfer by e-mail. Otherwise, the room will be no longer guaranteed.
3. Payment mode: cash at check in.
4. Documents: upon arrival you must present an identity card for each guest, to allow the registration according to law. In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by at least one parent
5. Check-in: between 12:00 and 15:00. Please communicate your expected arrival time or any delays in order to ensure our presence at the time of your arrival. Upon check-in you will receive the keys of the house (both front door and accommodation).
6. Check out: You must leave the room no later than 10.30 am;
7. No pets allowed;
8. Smoke: We're sorry but smoking is not allowed in the rooms or within the structure. It is only allowed outside.
9. Breakfast and cleaning rooms: unless otherwise agreed, the breakfast will be served normally from 8.30 to 10.00. The cleaning will take places every day from 11.00 to 13.00; change of linen every three days;
10. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the disclosure has to be sent by email. We will make every effort to replace the booking but in the event that we are unable to do so we will proceed as follows:
a. The client has the right to cancel his reservation up to seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival by 0.59 p.m. with no expense.
b. If notice of cancellation is communicated after seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will not be retuned
11. Any changes must be promptly notified before the arrival; during the stay if the customer decides to leave early before the date established, the full amount of the booking agreement is due.
12. Inability to accept the booking: if for any reasons the B & B was forced to cancel the booking, by mutual agreement with the client we will attempt to find an alternative solution of the same class; if this won't be possible, the deposit will be returned;
